You can have complete peace of mind knowing that the personal care attendant is competent, trained, and closely supervised.

Part of our client commitment is to fully investigate each worker before employment including personal reference checking, licensure verification, criminal records checks, CPR certification, and drug testing. LIBCARE OF AR  caregivers also receive a health screening prior to employment and annually thereafter to ensure they are free of tuberculosis or other communicable diseases.

LIBCARE OF AR  also provides bonding and insures personnel for theft, injury, or accident. 

LIBCARE OF AR  is committed to training and ongoing professional development opportunities for its workers. Our caregivers receive a minimum of 12 hours each year of in-service education on a variety of topics including:

• Fall Prevention
• Fire Safety
• Developing Cultural Competence
• How to Care For Someone On Bedrest
• Creating Healthy Home Care Conditions: Infection Control
• Elder Abuse and Neglect

LIBCARE OF AR  Managers closely supervise each caregiver providing services and make on-site supervisory visits to monitor caregiver’s skills and client satisfaction with our services. LIBCARE OF AR Managers are always available by telephone or to meet with you in person to discuss any comments or suggestions you may have.
